VIEWING COMPANY STATMENT ON ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL
Currently, Center Stage is using the Jack Rabbit Online Payment Portal to track payments and charges to your company account. Items like monthly tuition, studio rental fees, master classes, and recital fees will not be tracked on Jack Rabbit. To make a payment to your company account, please stop by the front desk at the studio. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Don't forget to fill out a company payment slip.
A few tips when viewing your account:
1. A "negative" balance in blue on your account is a good thing! This means that your current payments exceed the amount of charges billed for items such as choreography, competition fees, and costumes.
*In the example shown, the family has made two deposits to company accounts. $500 and $2,500. After the charges listed in red for choreography, costume, and company pictures, the family has a credit of $2,310 towards future company charges that have not yet billed to the account.
2. A "positive" balance in red means you need to make a payment to avoid late charges. However, if you are on the monthly payment plan, you may show a balance due if charges have exceeded your deposits. In this case, continue to make your monthly payments on time and Center Stage will reconcile underpaid/overpaid deposits prior to Nationals each year. (In other words, because we are splitting the estimated charges for the year over 10 monthly payments, there may be times that your account shows a red balance as some charges for choreography, costumes, and competition fees may hit in larger amounts and faster than your 10 equal monthly payments.)
3. Your statement includes ALL company deposits and charges for ALL companies and dancers enrolled from your family. This can be a little tricky at first but is a limitation of the Jack Rabbit software. So keep in mind that this is a cumulative total for all dancers and all companies in your family.
*In the example shown, the family has a student enrolled in a Senior Company and on the 801 Squad hip hop team. Note that the deposits and charges for both companies are reflected on one combined statement. The company the deposit or charges was applied towards is listed in the "Classes" column.
